Apple the manufacture of ipod world and now apple has released a new firmware 3 and 3.1 firmware for ipod touch 8GB ipod touch, 16 GB and i pod touch 32 GB and also for iphone 8 GB,16 GB due to the release of new firmware from apple ipod touch 3.1 firmware software update it as developed all the applications compatible with new firmwares only so if you are still the same old firmware user apple firmware 2.0 then if you have tried then you must know there are very less applications in the itunes store to download so this is a trick used by apple to make all the ipod touch users download the latest firmware into their gadgets but its now free so they charge you $9.99 for each download means this the the charge for the software .

just like last year apple charged $ 9.25 for each download of firmware 2 so.
