iPhone Dev Team a well known hacker group for iphone has released a new exploit for iPhone OS 3.1.3 baseband which actually means that now there will be another new tool to jailbreak and unlock iphone in future. According to MuscleNerd of iPhone Dev Team(through their twitter update) they have discovered a crashing command that will be used by yellowsn0w which is another iPhone unlocking tool. This exploit will create a new and another option to Jailbreak and Unlock the Latest iphone with latest firmwares..

Recently iPhone hackers already released two other exploits for the baseband 05.12.01 that has been implemented in iPhone OS 3.1.3. Sherif Hashim a well known hacker has discovered an exploit for iPhone OS 3.1.3 baseband last week and later MuscleNerd confirmed about the this hack that. Geohot, the developer of another jailbreaking tool like blackra1n, blacksn0w, have also discovered a working exploit for baseband 05.12.01 which will now be used to jailbreak iphone OS 3.1.3

Apple has built in this bizzare intepreter into their baseband.

Why is it in production units? Fun!

So from now any Iphone with any OS version can be jailbreaked. which will be another headache for apple again..
