Recently Zodttd released the N64iPhone this is a Nintendo64 emulator for iPhone 3GS ,Iphone 3G and ipod touch 3G. You can get this N64iPhone online at the rate of $ 2.49 on Cydia store in the ZodTTD repo. in it the GPU code is written with the OpenGL | ES 2.0 specification so it limits thee s the devices able to be used to the iPhone 3gs and iPod Touch 3rd Gen.
